Incorporation
Vega Energy, of which background goes back to the 2000s, was incorporated in order to be engaged in the generation of electricity from renewable energy resources in Izmir in 2008.
Having completed its 18 MWm Cesme WPP project in May 2015, Vega Cesme WPP Energy aims at growing through new investments in the field of renewable energy.
Cesme WPP will generate approximately 60m kWh electric power per year ad provide 30k tons of reduction in carbon dioxide emission which is equal to the plantation of 90k trees per year and meet the electric power consumption of 19k families.
Maintaining its operations to make some contribution to the both economic and environmental development of our country, Vega Cesme WPP also recruits its employees from the area where the power plants are located, thus making a contribution to the local development as well.<
